Withdrawal from the university

If you wish to deregister, please complete the application for deregistration in full and submit it. Only then will you receive a certificate of deregistration and a pension certificate.

If you are covered by statutory health insurance, we will automatically notify your health insurance provider of the date of your de-registration.

Whenever you deregister, please ensure you obtain clearance from the library yourself. To do so, submit your application for deregistration to the library.

The Studierendenwerk Vorderpfalz is responsible for paying out your remaining balance. Here’s how to arrange the payment after you have withdrawn from your course:

1. Your remaining balance must be at least 5.00 euros. If necessary, top up your balance beforehand to ensure you reach the minimum amount.
2. Send an email to studieren@hs-worms.de and request your scholarship number. Please include your student registration number.
3. Then email this grant number to the Studierendenwerk.
4. Once your balance has been checked, you will receive a form from the Studierendenwerk.
5. Return the completed form to the Studierendenwerk together with your certificate of de-registration.

If you are still on campus, you can have your credit paid out at the cash desk at any time during the cafeteria’s opening hours.
